在這套互動數字裝置營造的空間中，觀賞者可以自由走動，周圍全是投影。

八咫鳥在空間中飛翔時幻化成光，飛過的地方便會留下一道光影，形成空間書法。八咫鳥相互追逐著，彼此相撞時便會幻化成朵朵繁花。

八咫鳥也知道觀賞者的存在，努力環繞他們飛翔。但是一旦撞上觀賞者，它們同樣會散落成花朵。

作品的中心會漸漸趨向觀賞者所在的位置。當所有的觀賞者聚集在一處時，牆與地板的界限便會消失，真實的空間不復存在，觀賞者便沉浸於作品之中。空間中，八咫鳥飛過的軌跡也成為立體的。如果所有觀賞者都沉浸於作品中，並且聚集在一起，那麼他們便可以改變作品。

作品並不是事先錄好的動畫，也不是無限循環，而是根據電腦程序實時呈現的。觀賞者在裝置中的位置、彼此之間的互動以及個人行為都會不斷地改變作品。
